An engineer by training, Deron launched Joseph Douglas Homes in 1998 to craft residences that honor each client’s unique vision. Over the years, he’s overseen the construction of more than 400 custom homes across Southeast Wisconsin. His passion lies in guiding families through a collaborative process, from idea to final walk-through. Deron remains hands-on with every project, believing personalized attention elevates the end result. In his free time, he enjoys family life, friendly arcade-game battles, and staying involved in local community activities.

Dave has devoted more than three decades to architectural design and the last 24 years to custom home creation. At Joseph Douglas Homes, he shapes imaginative floor plans that marry beauty and function, working closely with clients to understand both practical needs and style preferences. Known for his collaborative approach, Dave finds it rewarding to transform visions into tangible layouts. Beyond drafting tables, he likes spending time outdoors, discovering local art, and relaxing with family whenever he steps away from his drawings.

Kathy brings 30 years of dedication to custom homebuilding, believing the journey should be deeply personal for each client. As a Project Coordinator at Joseph Douglas Homes, she ensures client needs are met and dreams become reality. Her warmth and meticulous approach guarantee that no detail goes overlooked. Outside of work, Kathy cherishes time with her grandchildren and heads to her lake house cabin for a peaceful getaway. She is passionate about nurturing meaningful client relationships built on trust and open communication.

Austin joined Joseph Douglas Homes after seven years in remodeling and new construction, bringing hands-on knowledge of scheduling, site coordination, and quality control. As a Project Manager, he oversees day-to-day tasks to maintain progress and meet timelines. Austin believes in regular check-ins with clients to keep them informed and confident. When off-site, he enjoys hiking local trails, cheering for Wisconsin sports teams, and spending time refining his carpentry skills on personal DIY projects around his home.

With 33 years in construction, Keith has seen every stage of a home’s evolution. At Joseph Douglas Homes, he focuses on delivering each build with care, from laying the foundation to the final walkthrough. Keith values open communication and sees client satisfaction as the ultimate goal. In his downtime, he and his wife work on renovations at their lake cabin, finding joy in both the creativity and the tranquility of being near the water.

Mike leads the sales team at Joseph Douglas Homes, bringing nearly three decades of achievement in real estate and homebuilding. He’s dedicated to guiding families through the building process, offering clear answers and genuine support. Mike also participates in local industry organizations, having served on various committees and councils, including leadership roles with the Metropolitan Builders Association. When he’s not helping clients find their ideal floor plan, Mike enjoys boating adventures with his wife Lynn, exploring the scenic lakes that Southeastern Wisconsin has to offer.

A Milwaukee native, Jane’s background spans nearly 20 years in sales, marketing, and entrepreneurial ventures. Growing up in her family’s restaurant business instilled a passion for building relationships and delivering top-tier service. Jane loves helping new or seasoned buyers find the right fit—whether it’s a first home, a move-up property, or a downsizing option. When she’s off the clock, Jane enjoys entertaining friends, attending Broadway musicals, and spoiling her Weimaraner rescue, Carlo. Her UW-Milwaukee studies in Mass Communications and Sociology inform her engaging, client-focused approach.

Mike comes from a long line of builders, giving him a deep understanding of both real estate and construction. He’s thrilled to join Joseph Douglas Homes, where he focuses on matching clients with the perfect design or remodel plan. Mike and his wife, Kelsey, are parents to two daughters, Harper and Henley, and enjoy cheering on local sports teams. Weekends often find him Upland Bird hunting with his black lab, Griffey, or bow hunting in Black River Falls. He values genuine connections and a practical approach to homeownership.

Dave began his real estate career 25 years ago, working across property management, renovations, and new home construction. His favorite part of the job is guiding clients toward a design that matches their lifestyle. Growing up on a family farm in western Wisconsin, he learned the value of hard work and has carried that ethic into helping families build their dream homes. Outside the office, he enjoys landscaping, gardening, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.

Tony transitioned into real estate eight years ago after working in healthcare, eventually launching his own brokerage in 2020. Now with Joseph Douglas Homes, he loves showcasing how thoughtful design can transform a client’s vision into reality. Family time is central to his life, often revolving around big Italian meals, traveling, and entertaining. Tony also enjoys boating, dabbling in interior design, and outdoor adventures with his dog, Gustav. He’s excited to help each homebuyer navigate the building process with confidence.
