This is brand new floor plan for 2022, The Yorkshire plan is a traditional 2 story home with all the bedrooms on the upper level.  This floor plan certainly takes advantage of that arrangement.

The first thing you’ll notice is the kitchen island is massive which looks into a Great Room that is much wider than any of our other offerings  The 3 sided island with its 3 walls of glass dovetail nicely into this open concept plan.  The latest trends have been fully incorporated into this plan.  Most notably, the “Dirty Kitchen” provides a landing space for your most often used appliances just out of eyeshot of the kitchen. Also note the pantry is exaggerated in size because you never have enough storage space for all those purchases from the big box stores.  Am I right?

We’ve kept the most industrial room in the home, the Flex Room, and took out the formal Dining Room and gave that space to a nicely sized mudroom, laundry and powder room all of which are located near the garage where they’re most needed.  Consider adding a sunroom, screen porch, or first floor bedroom suite in the area behind the garage.  Upstairs this very flexible floor plan can have three bedrooms in case you don’t need the 4th bedroom suite that is standard up there.

Having the Master Bedroom on the second bedrooms allows for that suite to be very nicely sized for the bedroom, bath and walk-in closet.  The Master Bath speaks for itself.  Look at all the countertop space, the pedestal tub, and, of course, a shower big enough for sharing.  Since we do all design in house, we’re well equipped to tailor this plan or create a one of a kind custom design for you.
