The Stanton has been our best selling floor plan of all time by far.  I’d like to think the traditional design with the added feature of a bridged walkway looking over a 2 story great room is the reason.  At the time it was introduced, no other Milwaukee builder had a plan with 4 bedrooms up AND a 2 story great room.  Now it seems every builder has some variation of this and you have Joseph Douglas to thank for this very popular design.  Starting at 2,668 SF, this versatile design is perfect for busy families with a nice combination of shared open space and private areas. Upstairs, the master suite is situated for privacy and relaxation. Three more bedrooms and large bath all connected by the hallway overlooking the great room give this home a personality all its own.  This plan has proven to be very flexible over the years as well.  It easily accommodates multiple elevations, a larger family room or mudroom, a bedroom to loft conversion, or a first floor guest suite.  You need only ask for one of our designers to tailor this plan to make it uniquely yours.
