2234 Southampton

Sorry but just closed this our most recent model, the Southampton.  It has just recently occupied by its new happy owners.  Here’s what you missed. Our design team elected to present a prairie style home for this its inaugural build because of the expansive rural setting it was going to be placed within.  Other front elevations are certainly available but we felt a prairie style would blend best into the natural surroundings the lot afforded.  From the expansive covered front porch into the foyer, you are drawn into the perfectly blended design of the living center featuring a beautiful fireplace.  The transom windows, which provide abundant natural light, combined with the 10′ ceilings enhance the openness of the dinette and generously sized kitchen featuring an island with seating for 6. The walk in pantry easily accommodates a barn door.  The  Master Suite is on one side of the home making for nice separation from the other two ample bedrooms and shared bathroom located on the other side of the home.  All three of our bedrooms in the Southampton have walk-in closets providing plenty of room for storage.  Near the garage entrance  you’ll find a smartly positioned powder room, a separate laundry and mudroom with ample space for both sitting and storage.  If you’d like to add a tub to the Master Bath, or make any other changes for that matter, we can easily accommodate design requests with our in-house designers.
