Project Description – Back by popular demand is Joseph Douglas Homes’ most popular split bedroom ranch plan, the Bristol, shown with awe-inspiring custom features. As you approach the home, a French Country facade with a soaring roof line and relaxing porch greet you. Just inside, the foyer opens to a great room, kitchen and dinette making it perfect for entertaining. The expansive kitchen has plentiful storage and counter top space not to mention appliances for the most discerning of home chefs. At the heart of this kitchen is the island suitable for both guest seating and food preparation. Unique to this home, a massive “work-in pantry” houses a desk area, a secondary food prep area, pantry storage and has convenient access to the outdoor grill.

(Exit 294) and turn north.  Drive 5.2 miles to Silver Spring (Main St.) and turn right (east).  Drive 1 mile to Maple Rd. and turn left (north).  Drive 1.5 miles to subdivision entrance (just north of Good Hope Rd.) and follow signs to model.

From the east or north – Take Silver Spring Dr. into Sussex. to Main St. and left.  Drive ½ mile to Maple Rd. and turn right (north).  Drive 1.5 miles to   subdivision entrance (just north of Good Hope Rd.) and follow signs to model.
