Because of our relationships with the leading trade professionals we not only are able to offer superior work at affordable prices, we can finish projects at lightning speeds! We offer remodeling services for kitchens baths, lower levels, rec rooms, and additions.

Home Remodeling Process

Step 1 – Email or Call our office for a free consultation. Our Sales/Design Specialist will meet with you at your home to review your project. At that same time, we’ll complete an onsite evaluation, answer any questions you might have, and discuss some budgetary numbers.

Step 2 – Within a few days, a preliminary design is completed from which we’ll most likely exchange feedback and revisions via email to get the layout just right for you. Once that is done, a detailed cost analysis will be reviewed with you.

Step 3 – Should you elect to proceed, a preliminary agreement will be signed and a down payment of $2,000 will be collected. You’ll meet and work directly with our interior designer to help you professionally make all your selections. At that same time, we will finalize your design.

Step 4 – Once the plan, selections, and final proposal are complete, we’ll review everything one last time to make sure everything is the way that you want it. We’ll then sign an easy, straight-forward final agreement, collect an additional $2,000 and get to work!

Step 5 – In 8 to 10 weeks typically, your basement finishing project will be done and ready for you to enjoy! Kitchen remodels usually take 10-12 weeks.

Home Remodel Pricing

Several budget scenarios are listed below from which you can establish a reasonable budget for your renovation project.

Kitchens Remodeling

For Starters – $12,000 to add granite to existing cabinets and get an undermount sink and pullout faucet

For a New Look – $15,000 to $20,000 for refacing existing cabinets, new drawers and guides, and laminate tops

Most Popular – $25,000 to $35,000 for new cabinets, granite tops, undermount sink, and pullout faucet

Complete Makeover – $40,000 and up for new cabinets, granite tops, undermount sink, pullout faucet, flooring, tear out those SOFFITS!

Remodeling Rec Rooms / Basement Finishing

For Starters – $22,000 for approximately 500 to 600 SF which includes: Rec room large enough for TV viewing Play area or area for a pool table, and full bath in area already plumbed for future bath

Most Popular – $38,000 for approximately 900 to 1,000 SF which includes: Everything above plus Bar area with raised snack bar with seating for four, and cabinets for storage, and separate room for bedroom, office or exercise room

Do-It-Yourself Package – $23,000 for approximately 900 to 1,000 SF Everything above except we do framing through drywall including all electric and plumbing. You do the rest!

Additions

Sunroom – $30,000 for 12′x 20′ room with lots of glass, sliding glass door, ceramic flooring

Master Suite – $60,000 and up for a 400 SF wing with Master Bedroom, Bath, and WIC

3rd Car Garage – $25,000 and up for a 12′ x 22′ bay added to your existing garage

Bath Remodeling And Makeovers

Bath – $12,000 for a 5′ x 10′ bath complete with new drywall walls, flooring, vanity, sink, faucet, toilet, and tub/shower

Master Bath – $16,000 to $25,000 for the above plus a ceramic shower, ceramic flooring, and 2 sinks
